Q:  What are the Little B's rates?

A:   Sunday through Thursday- $135 per suite 

Friday and Saturday- $150 per suite

Rates are based on double occupancy, however, Suite Three can accommodate up to 4 people. When reserving Suite Three for more than 2 people, there is an additional fee of $25/person.

Room rates and additional per person fees may be subject to change during holidays and major university weekends.

Some major university weekends require a two night minimum stay.

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made with with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a one night's stay. 

Q: Can you rent the entire house or just suites?

A: You can do either!

Q: Tell me more about the kitchen...

A: The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, stocked Keurig coffee bar and refrigerator for communal use. Although this is a stove and oven, our insurance policy does not allow our guests to use it. Sorry! It's just for looks.

Q: What if I forget something?

A: There is a pharmacy/general store right across the street if you need anything, they probably have it.

Q: Is the Little B pet friendly? 

A: While we love pets, we do not allow pets to stay at the Little B.

Q: What if there is no availability for the dates I'm interested in?

A: The Little B has a sister property. Please contact us to learn more.
